Question 1

Is the Rock Climber an electric wheelchair or an ATV?

Accepted Answer

It is a little of both, built as one serious 4WD machine. It is classified and operated as an all-terrain electric mobility device: four independent motors, a wheel-leg chassis and adaptive controls tuned for riders with a wide range of physical conditions.

Question 2

How does ordering and payment work on this website?

Accepted Answer

Catalog, accessories and checkout are powered by Shopify. Machines are built to order, so the Rock Climber itself starts with a refundable configuration deposit; your advisor confirms the final spec, shipping and financing before final payment.

Question 3

Which terrains has it been tested on?

Accepted Answer

Rock, sand, mud, snow, shallow water crossings, grass, dirt roads and pavement — across more than 8,000 km of field testing. Six terrain modes are switched in 0.5 seconds by the VCU.

Question 4

Can it be transported in a regular vehicle?

Accepted Answer

At 1680 × 980 × 860 mm and 240 kg curb weight, the Rock Climber fits most full-size SUV cargo areas with the seat folded; many customers use a small trailer or rear carrier. Your advisor will plan transport for your vehicle.

Question 5

Do you ship internationally and support it?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The brand is actively expanding overseas sales and service. Spare parts packs, remote diagnostics and regional service partners are arranged with every delivery.

Question 6

Is financing available?

Accepted Answer

We work with mobility-equipment financing partners in qualifying markets, often with monthly plans starting low enough to make a once-in-a-lifetime purchase realistic. Ask your advisor after booking a demo.
