By accessing this website or placing an order with iRockRider Mobility LLC, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

ROCK CLIMBER machines are built to order around an individual rider configuration. Specifications, images and availability on this site are provided in good faith and may be refined during the advisor-led build confirmation. We will confirm the final specification, price, shipping and financing terms with you before final payment.

Reserving a machine begins with a refundable configuration deposit of $100 USD. The deposit secures a build slot and advisor time. It is fully refundable until production of your configured unit begins, as described in our Refund & Deposit Policy. The deposit is not a guarantee of final pricing and does not constitute full payment.

Final orders are processed through our secure Shopify-hosted checkout. Payment methods, taxes, duties and currency are handled at checkout. An order is accepted only when we send a written order confirmation. Accessories are charged at the listed price plus applicable shipping.

Shipping terms, delivery windows and the passage of risk for freight shipments are set out in our Shipping Policy. Dates shown as Ship-by slots are estimates for build slots, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Machine warranty terms are described in our Warranty policy. You agree to operate the product in line with the delivered safety and operator instructions. Off-road riding carries inherent risk; to the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for misuse, modifications by third parties, or operation outside the published limits.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

You may not use this site for unlawful purposes, attempt to disrupt it, or abuse our forms or automated systems. All content, imagery and trademarks belong to us or our licensors and may not be reused without permission.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to our place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence continue to apply.
