01Warranty at a glance
We warrant that each new ROCK CLIMBER machine will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Final warranty periods and terms are confirmed on the warranty card delivered with your machine; the figures below describe the standard program.
02Coverage periods
Frame and welded structure: limited warranty from the date of delivery. Wheel-leg drive units, motors, electronic controller and wiring harness: limited coverage for an initial service period. Lithium battery pack: coverage against capacity failure below the published threshold for the stated battery period. Wear items such as tires, brake pads, grips and seals are consumables and are covered against early manufacturing defect but not normal wear.
03What we do
For a valid claim we will, at our option, repair or replace the defective part, or arrange repair through a regional service partner. We cover parts for confirmed defects within the applicable period.
04What is not covered
This warranty does not cover damage from accident, immersion beyond the published rating, overload beyond the rated payload, unauthorized modification, third-party components, lack of reasonable maintenance, commercial abuse, or normal wear and tear. It does not cover freight damage, which is handled under the Shipping Policy.
05Making a claim
Contact your advisor with your order number, a description of the issue and photos or video. We aim to respond with the first troubleshooting step within two business days; many issues are resolved remotely before any return is needed.
06Your legal rights
This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights and does not replace any mandatory warranty rights granted by the law of your country or region. For warranty support, email ride@irockrider.com.
