The crate
Your Rock Climber arrives fully assembled in a steel-framed crate — not a pallet of parts. The delivery specialist does not leave when the crate hits the driveway; that is when the appointment actually starts. Plan for about two hours, and have your phone charged: you will take more photos than you expect.
The handover
First, a walk-around inspection together — suspension travel, tire pressure, connector seals — signed off by both of you. Then the control fitting: joystick position, armrest height, seat belt geometry and your preferred throttle map are set for your body, not a default body. This is the part buyers tell us they did not know to expect, and the part our specialists refuse to rush.
Finally, the app pairing: remote lock, GPS tracking, geofence and the crew navigation features are configured on your phone before the specialist packs a single tool.
The first ride
Every handover ends the same way: a supervised first ride on your own ground. Up your driveway’s worst section, over the curb you used to avoid, across whatever terrain made you buy the machine in the first place. You ride, the specialist spots, and by the time the crate is loaded back onto the truck, you have already done the thing you bought it to do.
After that, the relationship moves to the app — remote diagnostics, a direct line to the service team, and a 48-hour check-in call. Delivery day is not the end of the purchase. It is day one of the ownership we described to you when you reserved.
